Total delivery time
Processing covers confirming your order details and preparing the parcel. Transit begins when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Weekends, holidays, customs checks and disruptions can affect an estimate.
Shipment & tracking
Keep your shipment confirmation and carrier tracking link. New shipments may not show an immediate scan. For an order update, visit Order Tracking or send your order number to our team.
Delivery address & changes
Check your full address, apartment number, postcode and contact details before confirming a purchase. Tell us promptly if something needs correcting. Changes depend on whether dispatch has already taken place.
Duties & import charges
For an international delivery, ask which taxes or customs charges are included in the quoted total and which may be payable on arrival. Requirements vary by destination.
Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
Keep the parcel packaging and take photos if an item arrives damaged. For a missing delivery, include your order number, tracking number and the carrier’s latest status. Our team can review the details and discuss the next steps.
